That's exactly who this is built for. This is designed around high performers who want a real result without living in the gym. You'll train at least 3–4 times a week and follow the plan — the method handles the rest. You don't need to be an athlete. You need to be serious.

Both are built to you. The plans are built once to your inputs — your goal, your numbers, your training days — and then they're yours to run on your own. Coaching goes further: I adjust everything every week as your body responds, and you have a direct line to me the whole way. The plans are a personalized starting point. Coaching is me in your corner.

When you buy, you'll answer a short set of questions — for the nutrition plan, things like weight, height, age and goal; for training, how many days a week you train and your focus. Your plan is built around those answers before it's sent to you. It's not a generic file everyone gets. What it doesn't include is ongoing back-and-forth or the ability to message me — that's what coaching is for.

Weeks 1–2 are adaptation. Weeks 3–4 you'll start seeing visible change. Weeks 6–8 is where the real transformation shows. This is built for a lasting result, not a crash — which is why the coaching runs 16 weeks.

If you follow the plan and hit your check-ins and there's no measurable progress by week 8, I keep coaching you at no additional cost until there is. It's not a refund — it's a commitment. I don't stop until it works. That only holds if you hold up your end and follow the system.
