The Exceptional (“we”, “us”) is the online coaching practice of Seva Kuleshov. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

When you contact us through our website forms, lead forms, or messaging, we may collect:

- Your phone number
- Information you choose to share about your training, nutrition, health background, and goals (for example questionnaire answers, photos, and measurements provided during coaching)
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your consultation request and contact you about coaching
- Provide and administer the coaching services you sign up for
- Send service-related messages (scheduling, check-ins, program updates)
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to operate (for example form and email tools), and only as much as required.
Lead ads
If you submit your details through a Meta lead form, Meta also processes that information under its own Data Policy. Our use of the information we receive is governed by this policy.
Your rights
